This previous generation of XetaWave's Ethernet radios based on the uCLinux operating system. These Linux Ethernet data radios are used for industrial communication operations. These radios are offered with the option to include eight programmable inputs and outputs (I/O).

Our Linux Ethernet radio systems support the following networks:
single-channel CSMA peer-to-peer
frequency hopping peer-to-peer.
XetaWave Linux Data radios include features to secure your wireless network and its traffic.
AES encryption is used to secure both the payload traffic and the network overhead. It also helps to determine the hopping sequence ensuring that your wireless network remains safe and protected.
XetaWave Linux radios support the data bridge and routed modes, static routing, port forwarding, net filtering, network address translation (NAT), and multiple VLANs.
Diagnostic tools within XetaWave Linux radios provide the ability to evaluate, monitor, and troubleshoot performance over the RF, serial, and Ethernet interfaces.
